Ethel Cover

hi pals

it's currently ten to eight on monday morning and today is the day that i've got to get ethel sparrowhawk finished. i've got about 4 pages to finish off and its entirely do-able, the only things against me are that my black ink has run out so i've got to go and get another, and its a real miserable bastard outside. how's the weather where you are pig fans?

as you may have guessed, this is the cover, a nice wraparound job. i think it does the trick as i didnt just want a picture of ethel on the front, and the fact that her and her cat are giving each other evils is a nice introduction to the story. those are my horrible kitchen cabinets by the way.

see you on the other side!

What were your reasonings behind not having her on the cover if I might be so bold. I think it's a GOOD idea, don't mistake me. But when it's anything to do with a pretty lady they always put her on the cover. THEY?

Anyway I had half an idea for what she did next last night. only half an idea, mind.

Is it done, is it ok, looks BEAUTIFUL on the screen, is it done, is it done is it perfect???

p.s. i did put her on the cover- the back cover. i wanted it not to be so obvious because the first thing people look at is her long nose and thats not what its about. time will tell if its a good idea.

yes i know what you meant- it still works out too expensive to do an A3 colour cover.
